Watson Barn Rentals started as a companion company to Watson Management, Inc. in 2008. We have been in the portable building rental business since the mid-1990s. The manager and most of the customer service staff in our office have been involved in portable building construction, delivery, and sales for many years.This brings nearly 45 years of experience to our company to serve both the builders and customers better.
Philip Rudolph is the general manager. Miriam Rudolph, Timothy Rudolph, Christina Rudolph, Rebekah Rudolph, Tina Cain, Luke Miller, Jacob Mast, and Enos Miller all work in the office and on the road to provide the best service to customers and builders alike. Meet The Team
Vice President, COO
Philip Rudolph got started in the portable building business in 1997. He has managed manufacturing, sales, deliveries, and financing in the shed industry over the last 21 years. Philip’s attention to detail is reflected in Watson’s customer service, the products they build, and the team that works with him in the company. Philip enjoys his family, five of whom work with him in the company. He is also passionate about pastoring and teaching God’s Word. He seeks to please the Lord Jesus in all he does.
Timothy Rudolph resides in Morrison, TN and brings 15 years of experience to Watson Barn Rentals, LLC, a portable shed Rent-to-Own company. Prior to serving in his current management position, Timothy served as Office Manager for a sister company of Watson Barn Rentals, Watson Management, Inc. Timothy began working in the portable shed industry at the age of 17 as a manufacturer and has since worked in every aspect of the business including manufacturing, hauling, sales, delivery and installation. He has spent the last several years in management where his years of experience and exceptional critical thinking skills give him a unique perspective when dealing with any issues brought to him by customers, haulers, and manufacturers alike. His hobbies include Firefighting, working as an EMT, and riding hard through the mountains on his motorcycle. In addition to work and hobbies, Timothy is passionate about traveling the world providing humanitarian aid, and serves with Samaritan's Purse, a humanitarian aid organization. He is part of their crisis and disaster team, traveling across the globe, setting up field hospitals, and providing aid in numerous ways whenever a situation arises.
Customer Service, Scheduling
Christina began in the company as a part-time bookkeeper for several year before joining the customer service team as a full-time employee in 2013. Starting from no experience in business, she developed good computer skills, learned business management, and now holds a key place in the daily life of the business. Her normal day consists of managing the drivers schedules, answering many questions by phone for our customers, dealers, and sales peoples, processing paperwork from our sales lot, and many other things that keep an office running smoothly. Christina enjoy cooking or being outside- hiking, exploring caves, and swimming … especially with her family and friends! Sunshine, smiles, and coffee are some of her favorite things.
Customer Service, Dealer Relations
Tina Cain has been a member of the Customer Service Team at Watson Rentals since she was 18. Along with providing excellent phone assistance to our customers, she likes to find new and challenging tasks to do and helps to bring a great deal of efficiency and order to the office environment. Tina has lived and worked on a chicken farm in Morrison, Tennessee for the last nine years with her family. In her spare time, she loves to ride her motorcycle with friends and family and go on weekend biking excursions. She also loves to be with kids and enjoys volunteering in the kid’s ministry in the church.
